Working for one of our commercial clients to replace this aging flat roof.
You never know quite what you're going to get when you strip and old flat roof back and this was certainly no exception. There was plenty of water damage to the sub-structure and subsequently we set about restoring and repairing joists then replacing the strand board before finishing with a highly durable membrane that should keep the water out for many years to come.
