Following indications of water ingress and after a surveyor's report, we were called in to reinstate this large flat roof.
With puddles of standing water more or less year-round this roof had begun to leak quite badly and the only solution was a complete re-roof.
Using 4mm underlay and 4mm torch-on roof felt the Roofing Tec team had this roof looking ship shape and waterproof in no time. Of course there are always obstacles and this roof was no exception, with many different levels and chimneys to work round. This solution will keep the building dry for many years to come.
