Although this is a relatively new building in Nottingham city centre, it had been suffering from leaks for some time.
This project goes to show the importance of choosing the right materials for the job and ensuring that fitting is carried out according to guidelines and best procedures. Taking into consideration the mixed types of roofing on surrounding surfaces we went for EPDM for minimal jointing and maximum protection.
